Case Study 3
| Project: |
Complete redecoration and major modification to back bar whilst pub remained open. |
| Location: |
Hampstead Heath, London |
| Timeframe: |
8 nights |
| Work undertaken: |
The project included a complete redecoration of the internal bar area and major
modification to the back bar. The work itself was relatively straight forward,
however, as the pub remained open for these works with opening hours of 9.00 am
to 1.00 am, the window of time available to carry out this work was very limited.
We had a team of carpenters and decorators pre–briefed and ready to start work
as soon as the bar emptied and then an hour and a half before the bar was reopened a
team of cleaners prepared the bar ready for opening. The work was successfully
completed on budget and in time and without disrupting the day to day trading of
the pub.
